Refund policy

All items are made to order. This is done in an effort to reduce waste and keep unwanted items out of landfills. Due to this, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our products. However, if there is a defect or quality issue with your order, please e-mail us at orders@widowsofautumn.com with your order number, images of the item, and images of your packing slip so that we may move forward with a solution.
